Responsibilities:

• Dive into the exhilarating world of travel by conducting price checks on all flight products, including AirAsia flights and FlyBeyond.

• Analyze collected data with precision and finesse to ensure top-notch accuracy in delivering insights to our management team.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry by monitoring competitors promotions for AirAsia flights and FlyBeyond.

• Check partnership promotions of all flights products - AirAsia flights, FlyBeyond.

• Assist in product checks on a tactical basis, responding swiftly to emerging needs.

• Support our team with various administrative tasks, from handling close-out requests to creating HMS hotel shells.

• Lead the charge in price benchmarking against competitors and internal suppliers.

• Provide exceptional support for customer concerns and post-booking inquiries.

• Support executing tactical campaigns for both hotels and flight + hotel packages.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.

• High energy and self-motivation. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities and challenges.

• Ability to tackle tasks with minimal supervision.
