About the job:

  • Conduct phone interview
  • Follow set questions in a survey questionnaire
  • Annotate the answers on a survey form / survey device
  • Keep a record of the interview for review by survey supervisor

Skills and knowledge requirement:

  • Knowledge of their interview topic and different interview methods
  • Good typing and computer skills

Other requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above or with survey experience
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Malaysian citizens
  • Good at listening and understanding skills to accurately record information
  • Tactful, patient, polite and friendly
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Accurate and honest when recording information
  • Able to keep information private
  • Good at planning and organizing

Additional information:

  • Training, work space and equipment (computer and telephone) will be provided
  • Commencement date: As soon as possible, after successful interview session
  • Office location is nearby Lembah Subang LRT Station (within 10 minutes walking distance)

Job Types: Part time, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Salary: RM80.00 per day

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

  • Full attendance bonus
