Insurance Operations Specialist - Policy Servicing/Policy Processing (Supporting Hong Kong)

We will count on you to:

• Perform tasks associated with processes such as, Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices

• Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned

• Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required

• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs

• Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement

What you need to have:

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in any field

• 1-5 years relevant working experience in an Insurance Shared Service Center

• Able to read and write Chinese

• High Proficiency in using MS Office Application

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

What makes you stand out:

• At least 1-2 years of similar working experience in an Insurance Shared Service Center

• Able to converse in Cantonese

• Possess drive to meet assigned KPI.

• Detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information

• Willing to learn and take on new challenges

• Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
