• Responsible for overseeing and executing various projects related to operational and technological improvements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines and budgets.

• Ensure the successful implementation of projects that enhance operational efficiency, optimize technology systems, and drive innovation within the insurance organization.

We will count on you to:

• Provide day to day operation support to our internal stakeholders, including: Operations and Technology, Finance, Sales and Distributions, LCPA etc.

• Interface with both business terms and functional teams to execute both BAU and change initiatives, including working with Marsh IT team on driving technology implementation and adoption.

• Perform data maintenance to ensure data properly setup in Marsh systems and conduct periodic review to improve data quality.

• Partner with the KL Shared Service Center to implement potential scope expansion in the center.

• Work with Marsh IT team to facilitate technology upgrade or digital innovation opportunities.

• Liaise with business in requirement gathering and change management.

• Co-ordinate cross-functional (e.g. Finance, LCPA, Sales and Distributions) input and resolution of issues related to projects or initiatives.

• Provide user training to different stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of new technologies.

What you need to have:

• A Degree holder in any field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferable in financial industry.

• Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is highly preferred

• Ability to understand, speak Cantonese and read write Chinese is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
