Junior QHSE Cum Document Controller

Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain documentation including SOP, Procedures, Work Instruction, Letters and more within the Company.
• Reviewing and improving documents required by QMS ISO 9001/IATF 16949 including Quality Manual, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the associate implementation forms/check sheets.
• Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018), and Management System for Private Security Operations (ISO 18788:2015)
• Prepare audit plans for ISO audits and audit reports and submit within the required timeline.
• Enhanced continual improvement of the management system and the assurance of conformity to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assisted top management in developing and improving company policies according to the standard, organization, customer, and legal requirements.
• Review QHSE requirements and prepare necessary documents.
• Other ad hoc task required by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Administration, Management or in any related field.
• Knowledge and experience in ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
• Fresh graduates that has internship experience in ISO, Quality management system, document control, sop, procedures, work instruction and quality system management are welcomed to apply.
