Job Descriptions:

  • To ensure the monthly and yearly accounts closing process are in order, corporate reporting are completed on a timely basis and accurate
  • To prepare VAT & WHT submission on a monthly basis.
  • To review and ensure the accounts payable and receivable are updated and follow up on a constant basis
  • To ensure staffs claims , petty cash are process on time and in accordance to staffs policies
  • To ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled
  • To ensure all expenses are recorded into proper department and accurate accounts coding
  • Handle fixed assets and disposal, insurance coverage , lease accounting IFS16
  • To liaise with external auditors and tax agent or bankers
  • Perform ad-hoc job related duties and functions as assigned from time to time by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance / Accountancy/Partial/full professional qualification in ACCA/CPA
  • At Least 4 years of working experience preferably with prior External Audit experience.
  • Working knowledge in Corporate Taxation, Witholding tax and VAT policies and processes.
  • Must be able to prepare full-set of accounts, financial and management reporting, cashflow reports, budgets and forecast.
