Job Description

We are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced HR and Administration Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, your strategic focus on HR, compliance, talent development, and efficient administration will play a crucial part in driving the overall success of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically optimizing and aligning HR policies, handbooks, and procedures with our business requirements while ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
  • Taking the lead in the complete recruitment cycle, implementing talent management strategies, and fostering a talent-centric approach.
  • Overseeing payroll processes, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with government statutory bodies.
  • Spearheading the revamping and benchmarking of reward plans to uphold competitiveness, proposing innovative strategies, and developing comprehensive HR programs.
  • Managing employee relations, from addressing grievances to overseeing disciplinary processes, and ensuring a positive employee life-cycle experience.
  • Maintaining and updating HR records, overseeing HR-related systems, and managing office administration, including supplies and vendor relationships.
The Successful Applicant
  • A minimum of Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in relevant background.
  • A hands-on operational individual who is well-versed in recruitment, employee relations & payroll.
