Account Executive - Role Profile Purpose of Role To assist Finance Team in delivering financial services to corporate standards to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. ISP Principles

• Prepare and ensure the timely monthly closing of company’s full set of accounts. This includes the review of the reasonableness of the trial balance, financial statements and subsidiary ledgers.
• Timely preparation of detailed audit, tax, statistic, analysis, and other schedules as required. Support on the external and internal audits & tax requirement.
• Ensure all Journal Vouchers (JVs) are posted on time with valid supporting.
• Perform bank, cash, account receivable and account payable reconciliations.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
• Ensure all revenue and respective cost are taking up correctly and on timely manner.
• Handle the procurement – issuing PR, PO, sourcing of vendor when required.
• Bank up for accounts receivable function from time to time such as handling the parents. enquiry on account status and payment.
• Maintaining and ensuring the billing system are up-to date.
• Ad-hoc duties when required.

Skills, Qualifications and experience:

• Candidate should possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting / Accountancy.
• Required language(s): English Language (with strong communication & language skills).
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Guidance and training will be provided.
• Able to commence immediately would be an added advantage.
