About the role We are looking for Technical Assistants to join our Field Technicians in the Service Operations business unit. These roles are based in Kuala Lumpur and will report to the Section Manager. You will work as a Field technician and be responsible for servicing Lifts and Escalators around the KL area. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all servicing, replacements, repairs, and troubleshooting work are diligently and professionally performed according to the Companys maintenance program and work schedule.
• Report all abnormal findings to the Supervisor and/or Engineer for further action.
• Ensure that all works performed (i.e., Servicing, parts replacement, repairs, and breakdown) are accompanied by relevant job-sheet acknowledged by the respective customer.
• Attend urgently to all breakdown callback assignments. Priority is to be given to the Trapped situations.
• Perform other repair works as instructed by the Supervisor and or Engineer.
• Standby duties may be required for 24 Hours Breakdown Callback
• Any other duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time.

Must-Have Requirements

• Basic Electrical, Electronic, and/or Mechanical knowledge and 1 year of related experience.
• Familiar with Lift and Escalator operations
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Self-disciplined, team player and reliable.
• Good communication skills in Malay and English.

Nice To Have Requirements

• Relevant working experience of more than 3 years in the Lift and Escalator industry
• Able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems with ease.
