Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Personal Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in administration and support roles.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the senior management team.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient document management.
- Undertake tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree OR diploma in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
